  Everything cost more at an onroute I was told by the time employee. Especially the burger king.... I will only ever come here to empty my bladder. Keep your overpriced burgers. I'm not a traveler that's willing to pay extra for convenience. Talk about gouging costumers They do not have the regular specials other stores have.

  This Tim Horton's location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The cashier couldn't understand my order and I had to repeat it 3 times before she got it. Other staff interrupted the cashier while we were placing our order and as she couldn't get the order the first time the interruption left her extremely flustered. Receiving food order was extremely slow. Half the order was provided and then the person preparing it went on to prepare someone else's order. Had to get loud in order to have balance of the order delivered. I live 2 hours away from this location could have gotten home and prepared my own meal faster. I will send my complaint by mail to the manager/owner and to Tim Horton's national also.
